Functional Test

Hiring the right person for the job in an INDUSTRY role is key to injury prevention, productivity and staff retention. EnableWorks is licensed to perform standardised tests which include a medical interview, musculoskeletal screen, assessment of lifting capability and performance of simulated job tasks.

Test results are objective and will determine if a person is Capable or NOT Capable of performing essential tasks.
