Away from work you may stumble across me in the Port Hills, trail running or mountain biking.

Andy is a dedicated and skilled physiotherapist known for his comprehensive approach to patient care. Andy specializes in helping individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and improve their overall physical health. His expertise encompasses a wide range of therapeutic techniques, from manual therapy to exercise prescription and patient education.
Andy enjoys working with all musculoskeletal injuries and has a particular passion for shoulder rehabilitation.

Cathy Bloome

Cathy Bloome is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist with advanced degrees including a Masters and Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. She has extensive expertise in ergonomics consulting, injury prevention and risk management, wellness program development, employee training, and patient care. Cathy is passionate about helping people live life to the fullest and is dedicated to supporting companies in enabling their employees to safely reach their full potential and enjoy their work. Outside of her professional life, Cathy enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her family. She loves paddle boarding and beach combing, making the most of the great outdoors.

My focus has always been on the client, and this is one of the reasons I enjoy my job so much as I feel this industry is client focused.

Lois completed her qualification in 2010 in Cardiff (UK), and worked there for a few years, before moving to New Zealand and making it her home in 2013. Since then, she has specialised in vocational rehabilitation and chronic pain management. She cares strongly about supporting her clients to maximise their wellbeing, independence and engagement in activities that are meaningful to them. In her spare time, Lois enjoys getting out in the great outdoors in whatever form, whether on foot, bike or paddleboard.
